Opening of the Turkish-Russian Joint Monitoring Center has been held nearby Marzili village of Aghdam, which was liberated from occupation, on January 30, APA reports.
The opening ceremony has been attended by Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan Zakir Hasanov, Deputy Minister of National Defense of Turkey Yusun Emre Garaosmanoglu, and Russian Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin.
Zakir Hasanov, Yusun Emre Garaosmanoglu, and Alexander Fomin, firstly, cut a red ribbon in front of the Center.
