British Minister for European Neighborhood and the Americas arrived on a visit to Azerbaijan and will take part in a meeting of the annual political consultations between Baku and London.
Morton is expected to meet with President Ilham Aliyev and Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.
The topic of the talks will be the situation in the region after the war in Karabakh, human rights, the role of women in society.
During the visit, a memorandum of partnership in the field of environmental protection will be signed.
